HEPA ULPA Filter Leak Test

Aeromech™ provides complete HEPA/ULPA filter integrity testing services for both the Pharmaceutical and Microelectronics industries.  All filter integrity testing performed by Aeromech™  is executed in accordance with IES-RP-CC-001-86 & ISO 14644. Aeromech™, Inc. is equipped to perform testing with both Di–Octal Phthalate (DOP) and Poly Alpha Olefin (PAO) depending on your site’s specific requirements.
All Aeromech™ technicians participate in an annual intensive training on our Standard Operating Procedures written to conform to the current standards and Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) governing critical environments.

HEPA/ULPA filters can last several years with the proper system design, maintenance programs and environmental conditions. To verify the integrity of HEPA/ULPA filters and to stay in conformance with various standards and/or governing agency requirements, filters should be tested and evaluated at a minimum once annually and potentiality twice annually. Proper documentation and certification also helps predict potential performance issues and increases filter life.

Particle Count Test

Aeromech™ provides complete airborne particle count cleanliness classification test is performed to determine the actual particle count level within the facility at the time of the test (As-Built, At-Rest, or Operational). Particle size(s) of interest, the room occupancy state and the room classification shall be known prior to the beginning of the tests and shall be as specified in the contract documents or as agreed to between the Owner/Buyer and the aeromech

Velocity Uniformity Test

These tests are performed to determine the average filter face velocity and uniformity, and / or the average room airflow velocity and uniformity within a cleanroom. Airflow velocity (meters per second or feet per minute) is a measurement of the speed of the airflow. An average velocity is calculated by dividing the cleanroom / filter area into equal grids and taking the airflow velocity in the center of each of these grids. The average airflow velocity is calculated by dividing the total of the airflow grid velocities by the number of readings taken.

Air Volume Measurement

These tests are performed to determine the total air volume, get in to the room within a cleanroom. Airflow velocity (Cubic meters per Hour or Cubic feet per minute) is a measurement of the volume of the airflow.

Recovery Test

We execute recovery tests for clients across Industries. These tests demonstrate the ability of the clean room to remove particulate by purging the area with filtered air. It also testifies if the room can change from a "dirty" to "clean" state within the specified time. The test is conducted by experienced technicians from our in-house team. Airflow Pattern Test

The purpose of the airflow parallelism test is to show the actual airflow pattern throughout the unidirectional cleanroom. It can also be used to demonstrate the effects on airflow caused by equipment. This test should be performed after all airflow velocity and uniformity tests and room pressurization tests have been performed. Determining the airflow patterns within a room is performed using various mediums which include the following non contaminating items; smoke, vapor source or streamers of thread or string.

Aeromech™ performs  Cleanroom  visualization for customers to monitor airflow characteristics in
cleanrooms  and other spaces. This visual monitoring service is important in:
• Cleanroom laminar flow tests
• Airflow balancing
• Wet bench exhaust optimization

Temperature Measurement

We conduct validation tests that include Temperature and Humidity Measurements / Tests . Two levels of temperature and humidity tests are used. The first, general temperature and humidity uniformity tests. The general level test is used to demonstrate that the cleanroom HVAC systems will maintain the specified levels of temperature and humidity required primarily for occupant comfort.

The comprehensive level test is used to demonstrate that the cleanroom HVAC systems will maintain the specified levels of temperature and humidity required for both occupant comfort and process temperature control.

Containment Leak Test

We conduct Containment Tests for client’s clean room facility.
